Booking for Autumn Coronation 2024

Come to Southron Gaard for the 3rd, 4th and 5th days of May, AS.59, and be part of this great pageant wherein the 43rd Reign of Lochac ends and the 44th Reign begins, as King Aonghus and Queen Ginevra pass on the Crown to Their Heirs.

NOTE: Please note that Feast bookings are nearing capacity as such we have closed automatic bookings for this so we can better manage places. If you still wish to book for the Feast, please ensure you select the Full Event (No Feast) option and indicate if you wish to join the wait list. We will be in touch to confirm your place and/or where you are on the wait list. 

* Adult – Full event (w/o Feast): $70 (member), $72 (non-member)

* Child (5-17yo) – Full event (w/o Feast): $35

* Adult – Day trip Saturday (w/o Feast): $40 (member), $42 (non-member)

* Adult – Day trip Sunday: $40 (member), $42 (non-member)

* Adult – Day trip, self catering: $25 (member), $27 (non-member)

* Child (5-17yo) – Day trip Saturday (w/o Feast): $20

* Child (5-17yo) – Day trip Sunday: $20

* Children 4yo and under are free

On-site accommodation prices (adult and child)

* Bunking: $25 per night

* Tenting: $20 per night

Accommodation options:

* tenting – it will be late Autumn; the weather could be mild or cool – select this option on the booking form

* bunk rooms for up to 48 people – select this on the booking form

* motel or Air-BnB in the city

* some billeting may be available – ask for help with this on the booking form

Friday 3rd May: 

* 5:30pm – site opens;

* 6:30pm – soup kitchen.

Saturday 4th May:

* 7:30am – breakfast

* morning activities TBA

* 11:00am – Final court of outgoing Crown

* 12:00pm – Lunch

* 1:00pm – Coronation Court

* 2:00pm – markets, archery, arts & sciences

* 4:00pm – first court of incoming Crown

* 5:30pm – feast begins

* 9:00pm – bardic circle / entertainments

Sunday 5th May:

* 7:30am – breakfast

* 9:00am – armour inspection

* 10:00am – Rose Tournaments (rapier & heavy)

* 12:00 pm – Lunch

* 1:00pm – closing court

* 3:00pm – pack down begins

* 5:00pm – site closes.
