The wheels (at my end anyway) by which this process is moved forwards now have a goodly five sides, and you are assured of a report on progress before your death. MARSHAL: Practices have been a bit slow this passed month. Possibly a combination of bad weather, and busy schedules with people getting ready for coronation. Will look to get things back on track in the coming month. I am also looking into running a gambeson pattern drafting workshop in the near future. Most likely in conjunction with a stuff night. Will come out with more details and lists of recommended materials soon. CAPTAIN OF ARCHERS: Little to report, it must be said. Archery activities this past month have been curtailed by weather, and clashing events (both mundane & SCA). Am planning to hold some archery-related workshop-type things at Stuff night(s) now that we all have Coronation out of the way. CAPTAIN OF RAPIER: No report. CONSTABLE: Most Coronation quartermaster duties done by Lord Bjorn. QUARTERMASTER: Apologies. No report. B&B: - Attended Yule and Coronation, Stuff Night, singing, seamsters, visited two heavy combat practices (nobody there at the time). - Liaised with new Royal household, billeted Their Majesties, visiting Baronages and other guests.
