APOLOGIES: Mel (Catalina), Al (William), Cat (Veronica), Richard (Richard), Meredith (Terese) MEETING OPENED: 7.30 LAST MEETINGS MINUTES: Accepted OFFICER REPORTS: SENESCHAL: Quiet month. Attended the April medieval stuff evening and the Festival Victory Potluck dinner. Been in contact with St Kessog Seneschal about their application to become an incipient College. However Avril has the chicken pox at the moment, and so not much being done at the moment. CHATELAINE: Events Attended: none Emails received from newcomers: none (the email seems to be working again) Received some clothing from Sinech for hiregarb, this was passed onto Hera REEVE- **************************** HERALD: Received return of Baronial Arm augmentation submission. There was a slight technicality with the way the arms were drawn. Apparently our current drawing interpretation of the arms do no match the official registered arms. The registered arms have the laurel wreath only reaching about half way up the tower. We have been using an image where the laurel wreath completely encircles the tower. Note that this way looks a lot better and Laurel suggest we change our device blazon to match the new image. MARSHAL: Nothing to report LISTS: Nothing to report A&S: Special A&S Class last month: Late Period Hairstyles hosted by Terese de la Maunche. Reports are that it was a fun class. There is no A&S class for May but all are welcome to bring their projects to the MSE as usual. Heather will be teaching an inkle loom class in June. This will be itable for everyone from beginners to the more advanced. Bring your inkle loom and yarn if you've got it. All welcome - class will be held during the June MSE. In search of A&S Deputy. Interested parties please contact Catalina. CHRONICLER: ************************** CONSTABLE: No apology, no report WEBWRIGHT: Usual updates, Chronicler has new software which makes FTT a smaller download. Still handling Kingdom website for the time being. St Kessog are in the process of appointing their own webwright, have supplied handover documentation for them. QUARTERMASTER: Have received back all equipment from BA. Currently investigating missing serving spoons and ladles, it is believed vuthat these may have become mixed with those in the kitchen at CF, and left behind. Leftover meat products from CF are no longer valid, and have been disposed of. I'm looking for enquiries of interest in taking over the position. ARCHERY CAPTAIN B&B: Attended Festival, had fun, didn't lose the war. Picked up personally-commissioned 33 beakers with SG tower on them for on-selling to populace, with "profit" put to covering cost of Baronial SG jug for High Table use. Attended singing, seamsters and Stuff night/Victory revel. Correspondence re: augmentation of arms, Midwinter Coronation 2007 bid, St Kessog feast, new citizen resulting from Festival victory.
