B&B
Attended events, In contact with a range of people re Lochac changeover. Investiture gift for Ildhafn, Ordered baronial fealty chain, cost approx $100 Aus.  Pride in Prints demo money to go towards new pavilion.

Seneschal
Received A&S report from last month plus quarterly report, Put add for web minister in FTT and mailing lists. Got some applications. Put notice in FTT about contact lists. No further replies. Chasing up finalising what is happening with baronial poll. Currently no-one knows what the deal is. CairLasse had indicated  that there would be some information available before Lochac crown last week, but as yet no word. Sorting out Lochac reporting requirements. As in Caid, Chatelaine is a deputy of seneschal. However this is now more so. Chatelaine is not warranted only rostered. Which means the seneschal can change them around as they see fit (if this proves to be prudent). Only have to report if they are dealing with any money. (or something) Query about bid for Canterbury Faire. Chasing up status of NMS in Lochac. May need confirmation of our non-profit status of Lochac exchequer. Do we have anything on paper? Chasing up NRWT stuff. Forwarded various royal missives Got constables report. Chasing up exactly what the deal is with secondary fealty. No details on exactly how this will work, yet. Some Canterbury Faire stuff. Including problems with negotiating cheap rate for next year. Sent minutes and FTT column
May be some problem with appointing new Chirurgeon via Lochac chirurgeon as they are seeking a new one at the moment. Should be in place by the end of June.

Trying to get changeover done, Attended Celtic Games.

Attended Celtic Games, organised hire garb. Trying to get in touch with kingdom. Title of chatelaine to stay.

Herald
In contact with Lochac trying to set up so we can report directly to Laurel. Award list to be updated. Want a name for the region of NZ. Look at time limit of 3 months.
Banners (Lochac) need to be looked at. Looking at combing resources. Slight increase in cost of submissions (due to more people getting scrolls).

A&S
In contact with Lochac. Meeting with deputy, he is to be a documentation coach. Received last of official documentation. Library donations added, discussed having open days.

Constable
In contact with kingdom, sent report to Caid, returned some lost property. Away for one month from 20th June.

Cheque for Copyprint needed. Registered for NRWT. On Lochac Exchequers list. Copyprint accounts, no longer an issue. Reminder re order book for accounts. Apologies that Doomsday still outstanding. Query re college funds. Still have a small balance we are continuing to hold in trust.

Received crescent officer box, some stuff needs replacing

First feast 
$113 in $135 out. Would have been in black, if 6 adults that indicated they would be attending had turned up.

Baronial ann
Finances have gone to exchequer. Need cheque for $65 for Kirkwood. Debate on amount as we don't necessarily want to set them up for a large payment every time we use it. Paying with caution.

Proposed Book of Genesis feast in early august

Winter weekend - cancelled. Anyone else want to do it?

June 14th Return of Columbus Feast. CHCH music Centre hall. 1 pm open 4
course feast $10 / person estimate 40 feasters. Need to sort out tourney site.

Decided on Music centre bid, awarded to Geoffrey and Arabella.
