Officer reports

B&B
Various discussions re CF. Congrats to Guillamme. TRMs re poll. Comparative discussion with Innilgard B&B. Received maps from Benedict - 1 for Lady Rouge. Sent banner to Gawaine for stepping down, thanks for help. Researching SCA complaints procedure. Start with the person and then work up SCA chain. To put note in FTT.

Seneschal
Various discussions re CF. Caid Sen list. chronicler and herald warrants. Gawain about joining SG list. Comm with kingdom about Capt of Archers. Theresa doing Lochac research. Re FTT. poll. Application for Capt of archers. Sent minutes/FTT column. Asbjorn wants to make SCA memberships up-valued. EG Southern Cross and AA discounts - gneral agreement to this locally. Ordered ISTTD, video. Need CF steward as have passed the 9 month deadline. Membership check A-OK for those there.

Chirurgeon 
Sent vacancy add to FTT and PR. Discussions with kingdom chir. warrant plus chir badge as gift. Received request to put SG events on chir calendar.

A&S 
Notice /article to FTT. Offered to help collegium steward. Sent stuff to Banks Ave school to help their project. Discussions wrt pentathalon. Also organising judges for comp.

Constable 
Got some lost property from Vitale from bar. ann,

Marshal
Sir sebasstian is now college marshal.

Lists
Need 4 new 6 foot poles& pegs. Buying 4 poles @ $8 from Vitale.

Capt of archers - no report.

Chronicler 
Ilar keen to do A&S supplement. 3 or 4 issues a year. Showcasing local artisans and similar mainland artisans. Separate subs plus casual. Correspondence re Regnum changes, remove PO box. A&S supplement, adverts, sub renewals, some FTT returns -> update newsletter exchanges. FTT deadline note to SG-A list. Need stamps. Considering deputy for mailing list/transport duties.

Herald
Sent email to crescent - delaying 1/4ly report to help Theodora. Awaiting queen's response to confirm awards. Gave A&S class on heraldry.

Chatelaine 
Discussions with kingdom. 1/4ly report reminders. Family coming to Yule, also keen on archery and rapier.

College
Warrants for herald and web-rite signed + marshal. Club affiliation completed. Spring Tourney to happen at 20th Ann. Organised by S.Sebastian. Rosa stewarding College Ann & Tycho organising Celtic Games. Feast on saturday. Dr rice doing lectures

Event reports

Baronial Ann - Still chasing up money/people for change.

Yule - Lughaid requested money for site - Phyllis Zeff for $45. Reviving Mummers play.

Ball - temporarily on hold. Helper is not so 'suckered' anymore.

20th Ann. 
Venue - Guy H Dunlop Campground.
Parade ground = fighting area. Fenced 'archery' field. bunks for 80. Modern kitchen and dining - easily medievalised. Some camping area (should be enough) Venue has lecture areas & TV/video room. Tentatively booked site & arranaged for archery field. Bardic championship, A&S champ/archery champ/heavy champ.
Feast - Madelaine and Eleanora to cook. Geoffrey and Arabella to steward. Students discount.
Tentative costs $32 - $22 for students. Want stamped or minted token.
Food merchants (in place of meal plan) or meal plan volunteers encouraged. 27-30 Septemper 2002
