Arising from Dec Minutes - Exchequer to follow up travel donation.

Officers etc.
B&B - Trying to contact TRMs re trip- no details yet, have left message on answer phone. Gifts - working on them for 12th night. Painted tapestry. Q-master - Angus - stuff being dropped to him

Seneschal - in clarification of quartermaster position. Stuff to be dropped to Angus ASAP. Crescent box located at Alexandra's. Contact details for quartermaster to be published. L Catherine to be Mistress of revels - semi-official. Chronicler appointment. Baronial gear in. College minutes. DD report out. Require all officers to advise me by next months meeting of their required reporting dates. Officers to send DD reports ASAP. Reminder to keep membership up to date. Co-ordinating officer step-up for 12th night.

Constable - nothing except DD report and talking with Aidan

Lists - Waiting for response on printing own auth cards. Organising 12th night lists

A&S - Have moved discussion of ideas for A&S contest until next meeting.

Captain of Archers - no report

Marshal - bought helm grill test dowel. Will be present at 12th night tourney to check armour in preparation for CF. Will include a marshals handbook with eric. Vitale offers an old basket hilt for lost hand protection

Chronicler - Sinech selected. FTT ready now, stamps required.

Herald - Dec minutes rec. College herald DD recd. Email to crescent, Tor D'or bounced again. New crescent may be more helpful. Heralding at 12th night.  Michael name and device passed kingdom . Electronic submissions now working properly

Chatelaine - sent DD report. Reminder to college and Ildhafn. Rec'd notices from kingdom workshop. Rec'd new agreement to serve from kingdom. CF two requests, one offer of accommodation.  Projects CF accommodation - will advertise for more. Looking for quotes for professional brochures.

College - herald and marshal now vacant. working on clubs day

Chirurgeon - no report.

Exchequer - cheque $5586.52,  FTT $706.96
DD report in progress. Chroniclers report in, to be amended. Copyprint, copies of account to be sent directly to exchequer.

Events
12th night - Fewer bookings than hoped, 47 booked most paid. money to be banked. Lost property auction to occur after court.

Canterbury Faire 
Websire updated- booklet in progress. booking slow. Money does not have to come with the booking. Forms can be got from steward, website, FTT. Need to sort out which if any officers are not going. Constable will talk with college constable about coverage. Marshal not there on working days. Mong Michelete to organise. Steward needs to talk to Mong organisers. Questions should be directed to the steward not through grapevine. Catering must be booked by 20th jan.

Baronial Ann - date not finalised, depends on TRMs. Heloise organising.
