Correspondence with Royalty regarding populace, emails with Vicky Hyde regarding Page School and classes etc, discussions with Deordonan as interested in running events. Van Roon family offered farm/land as an event site around mundane weddings etc. Seneschal: Incorporation, not too much feedback recieved yet. Informed Kiriel about appointing Geoffrey as webwright. Sent quarterly report, received quarterly report for A&S. Cockatrice asking for funds for a bumper issue - decided would rather see comp for group or buy back issues before sending money to unknown. Bastian warranted as Marshal but needs warrant signed. Lochac Seneschal still chasing Baronial Confidence Poll comments. Baronial Charter review. Exchequer reporting suspension only applies in Lochac. Officer changeover procedure is mostly OK - simply need to state who all applicants were, kingdom officer will take our recommendation into account and decide who to appoint. Seneschal warrant runs out at twelfth night. Discussions regarding whether other important lochac events should be protected from clashes by law - decision no. Events publicised and for individual seneschals to decide. Arts & Sciences: Symposium good, but not big enough to use rented facilities. A&S championship entry on hold due to artisans illness. Cadbury demo for $350 - cheque to exchequer. Exchequer: Balances: Cheque account: $5829.01 FTT account: $121.37 Need reimbursement for stamps. Correspondence regarding Canterbury Faire. Need deputy for chasing/delivering receipts and liaising with event stewards. Stepping down at Baronial Anniversary 2004 therefore placing advertisement in FTT. Marshal: Correspondence with Daemon and discussions about quarterly reports. Considering email discussion list for co-ordinating fighters' practices. Constable: Sent apologies for previous meeting. Term not up due to receiving an extra year on changeover to Lochac but may consider stepping down at 12th night. Discussions with Rowena regarding Canterbury Faire. Sent report to Lochac and awaiting handbook. Looking for deputy and placing ads in FTT to that effect. Making baldrics. Chronicler: Received comps of 'Folia Roani', 'Raed' and the 'Clarion'. Also received new subscription. Discussions regarding subs details and stamps. Ilar stepping down from A&S newsletter due to other commitments - Sinech to take over publication. Placed advertisement requesting articles and a new name. $160 banked into FTT to cover outgoing comps. Lists: Quarterly report due. Web: Not much yet - still working. Chatelaine: Still trying to contact Kingdom chatelaine -instructed to email deputy, have done so but no response. Not idea regarding reporting or requirements. Chirurgeon: In touch with Kingdom, have updated details there and in newsletters. Compiling database of regularly used sites for Kingdom chirurgeon requirements. Will send quarterly report. Quartermaster: Received tea towels. Crescent: Updated crescents box. Chrettienne in touch with Kingdom regarding discussion list for parents and other interested parties. EVENT REPORTS: Costuming Symposium: Lost $11.49 Fifteen people attended, but not many stayed for whole day. Beltaine: 01 November 2003, St Pauls Church Hall, Papanui. Site opens 1pm and closes 10pm. Potluck meal with bread and meat provided. Adults $8 for day and feast, or just $3 for day. Christmas Revel: Bid to come Canterbury Faire: No report Meeting Closed: 7:57pm
