Minutes from last month - ok

Officer reports

B&B
Attended College Ann. Pennsic Banner sent with Vitale (not silk). Making stepping down gift for K&Q. Sent travel fund banner to auction. Sent award to Darchester. Calling for Crescents-kiddies officer, with deputies for kiddies activities.

College situation - After college council, Richard contacted B&B re students only meeting- discussion ensued, called King etc. Post meeting, complaints and discussion re option to dissolve college, funds etc, with kingdom and students etc. Dismissed some officers, with direction from kingdom. College funds being worked through with Richard and Rosa. HRM contacted B&B - discussed and decided to put college in abeyance. Kingdom seneschal following up->wait and see.

College events - sponsored by barony. Discussed honouring cheques when Richard and Vitale back. Barony pay for St Barnabus?

Seneschal - Poll forms given out.

Chirurgeon - attended college ann. handed out 4 panadol (to herself)

Chatelaine - 9 outfits hiregarb for college ann. B.Eleanora to chatelaine at large.

Herald - Working on some submissions, doing consultations have a deputy (Theadora)
Sent 1/4ly report (may need to cc B&B and Vitale) Still waiting on awards. William had good reports of his heraldness on presenting the banners at Lochac.

College -

A&S -

Constable - Still has lost property to re-home. Labelling stuff now. Need senior constable->look into it. Constructing mailing list for NZ constables.

Marshal - marshalled mixed combat practice.

Lists - Trying to contact kingdom. Ropes and pegs by 20th Ann. Attended college ann.

Capt of Archers - Pactices as usual except 4/8/02 (rain) 28/7 was combat (capture the flag with resurrection (recommendation for future). 18/8/02 cancelled due to range marshals out of town.

Chronicler- received sub. received numerous newsletters and adverts. another newsletter exchange stopped after confirming non existence of mailing address re email. Elizabetta to be deputy - organised Aug issue print. 28/08/02 deadline for next one. Passed n/letters to library.

Exchequer - no report (out of town).

Event reports

Collegium - prelim ad and timetable out. Need tea bags.

20th Ann - Got site deposit paid and receipted, Got a peacock for the feast. Bookings patchy at present. To scout the bunkrooms. advertising out.

CF - no report.

St Judes - 15-17th Omaka. Campground divided into turkish  and 'non-turkish' sections many scenarios for boffer, heavy & archery, mixed. quest etc. Village football. Considering $5 for day trip, $15 2 nights, $10 feast - (adults prices).

Beltane - Elizabetta interested in stewarding. aimed at kiddies.

General Business

Library - moved to Angus and Elizabettas 15/9/02 open day

PO Box needs to be changed.
