Contacted Asbjorn concerning AA discount. Received applications for exchequer and chirurgeon - Rosa is the new chirurgeon. Elizabetta interested in taking over library. Teresa d'Arezzo stepped down as Darchester seneschal. Correspondence with Hamilton group (wish to be a canton of Ildhafn) and Asbjorn of Ildhafn (wish to go Barony). Places for arms on tables selling fast. Suggested whip-around for Alfrikr - stepped down as NZ liason. Baron & Baroness: Attended events. Correspondence with Kingdom regarding College Constitution and Lochac. Sent letter of support for a canton forming in Hamilton. Chirurgeon: Cristia stepping down, Rosa to step up. Chatelaine: Various discussion regarding use of word "medieval". To work on brochures after results of poll announced. Hiregarb moved to new home - Heloise's. Will need a weeks notice to organise garb for events. Thanks to Ethelind for doing the job until now. Herald: No report. College: Chronicler advertised. A&S: No report. Captain of Archers: Practices mostly held as usual. Lights postponed fortnightly so as not to conflict with Royal Round. Received subs. June FTT out. Need contact details for College Herald and Marshal. Exchequer: Cheque $3062.76 FTT $ 216.31 C.O.H. $ 477.70 To sort out outstanding Copyprint invoices ($101.95) from June '01. EVENT REPORTS: Baronial Anniversary: 3 people owed $1 each. Emailed list for contact details. Yule: Mummer's play happening. Some traditional Yule foods along with potluck. Thinking of finishing with a bardic circle. Royal Revel: $7 received - last on money owed from attendees. Ball: Nothing from Duncan. 20th Anniversary: Made inquiries re coins. Have contacted NZ groups, will be advertising internationally. Budget being worked on with Richard. Recommended charges for 2 day event; non-student $35, student $25. Collegium: Received offers for classes. Possibly start 10am and finishing 5 or 6pm. Will be putting list in FTT of what is offered so far. Canterbury Faire: Bid offered by Richard and Rosa for 6-9 Feb 2003.
